The 2025/26 Premier League season is nearing its end, and it’s time once again to review our Team of the Week.
Arsenal took a giant step toward the title after a narrow 1-0 win over West Ham, while Manchester City delivered a dominant 3-0 victory against Brentford. Elsewhere, Crystal Palace and Everton played out an exciting 2-2 draw, and Manchester United saw their winning streak halted by a 0-0 stalemate at Sunderland.
Below is the Premier League Team of the Week, based on our player rating system.

**The Premier League XI**
**Goalkeeper**
**Senne Lammens (Manchester United)** – 8.5
Manchester United struggled in their goalless draw with Sunderland, but still earned a point thanks to their goalkeeper. The Belgian made four saves, including two from seemingly certain goals by Noah Sadiki and Brian Brobbey, helping United keep their seventh clean sheet of the season.
**Defenders**
**Daniel Muñoz (Crystal Palace)** – 8.1
Muñoz shone in Palace’s draw with Everton, serving as the Eagles’ primary creative outlet with four key passes and three big chances created.

**Player stats**
The defender also contributed defensively with four tackles won, one clearance, and three recoveries.
**Konstantinos Mavropanos (West Ham)** – 8.6
West Ham continue to fight for survival despite their loss to Arsenal, and a key figure in their recovery has been Mavropanos. The 28-year-old defender was excellent in defeat, earning a player rating of 8.6 after winning nine duels, making seven clearances, three blocks, two interceptions, and two recoveries. He has now registered the highest match rating three times in his last seven Premier League appearances.
**James Tarkowski (Everton)** – 8.1
Everton are still chasing European football, and Tarkowski helped the Toffees secure a valuable point at Selhurst Park. The Englishman opened the scoring in the sixth minute and later added an assist, while maintaining defensive discipline with eight duels won, two tackles, and seven clearances.
**Maxim De Cuyper (Brighton)** – 9.3
De Cuyper provided two assists in Brighton’s 3-0 win over Wolverhampton, lifting the Seagulls to seventh place in the Premier League. His creative influence was evident throughout, with six key passes, four accurate crosses, and two big chances created—both converted by teammates—earning him a 9.3 rating.
**Midfielders**
**Yankuba Minteh (Brighton)** – 8.1
Another Brighton player who enjoyed a productive afternoon against Wolves was winger Minteh.

**Minteh’s stats**
The 21-year-old scored his third league goal of the season to complete the rout at the AMEX Stadium, and also contributed with two key passes and one big chance created.
**Granit Xhaka (Sunderland)** – 8.6
The veteran midfielder dominated the goalless draw with Manchester United. The Black Cats captain led by example with three tackles, six ground duels, 11 recoveries, 103 touches, 18 passes into the final third, and one big chance created—all match-highs.
**John McGinn (Aston Villa)** – 8.0
McGinn helped his team avoid an upset in their 2-2 draw with already-relegated Burnley. The Scotland international provided an assist in the first half via a superb set-piece delivery, and added four key passes to keep Villa within touching distance of the Premier League top four.
**Jeremy Doku (Manchester City)** – 9.5
Doku, the first of a trio of Manchester City attackers, is our Premier League Player of the Week for his stellar performance against Brentford. The winger is in red-hot form in the title race and opened the scoring at the Etihad on Saturday night with his fifth goal in his last six appearances. His performance earned a Flashscore rating of 9.5, making Doku the Player of the Week for two consecutive Premier League matchdays.
**Forwards**
**Erling Haaland (Manchester City)** – 8.2
Haaland dominated the attacking stats in City’s win over Brentford and took his Premier League tally to 26 goals this season with another strike. The striker had three big chances at his feet but made amends with a late assist to help seal all three points.
**Omar Marmoush (Manchester City)** – 8.1
The City forward turned the game in his side’s favor after coming off the bench on Saturday night. The Egyptian scored late in the match, but also delivered one key pass, completed a dribble, won four duels, and made one tackle.
